Fishing and boat harbor on the west coast of Öland, in the southern parts of the Kalmar strait and 8 km north of the southern cap of Öland.

In the harbor: Bicycle Rental. Help with engine service through the harbormaster. Café, kiosk and restaurant

In the area: 18-hole golf course, game fishing in the quarry.

By bus t/fr Eketorp Fortress, excavated ancient fortress from the Iron Age, where the wall and the houses have been rebuilt directly on the ancient ruins, museums and open workshops for both young and old.

Ottenby Bird Observatory, with a museum and visitor center, and the lighthouse “Långe Jan” (Tall Jan) 8 km.
