The hotel
Since 1993 “Drei Jahreszeiten” stands for quality, quiet accommodation with excellent and well-prepared food in a warm cozy comfortable environment. Here you will find the “spa” for the soul. Bredsättra, is the perfect base to discover Öland, from here it is just as far to the north as to the south of Öland.
We will open again April 19th, 2014.
Our Rooms
Stay in a nice hotel in a rural setting in the middle of the Öland countryside, close to the sea and Borgholm.
All rooms have private tiled bath (shower & WC), hair dryer, clock radio, TV and safe (small safe) and terrace / patio. We can offer you double rooms of various sizes, as well as junior / mini suites.
All rooms have free broadband internet access.
The food
We use our own grown spices and herbs from the herb garden, and our kitchen is known for its high quality, we always serve the best to our guests. A small but well-chosen wine selection is offered, and to this a selection of suitable cheeses.
Of course we also serve you a cold beer, chilling schnapps or a good mineral water to your meal, and at the summer terrace you can enjoy an aperitif before dinner or maybe an espresso and liqueurs to round off a good meal.
The surroundings
Here you can find lovely bike and hiking trails through meadows and pastures. The beaches at Kapelludden and Mellösa is just minutes away and the salt meadows around Bredsättra is a “paradise” for bird lovers.
The month of May, with a profusion of flowers in our paddocks which you never will forget.
The month of June is the best for those who want to experience Orchids.
Summer with sun and bath, with lovely walks along the shoreline.
September with its mild days and clear colors.
And the Öland Harvest Festival in September, closes the season at the Drei Jahreszeiten.
The activities
The Boule course is just adjacent to the restaurant.
For lazy days a place in the sun in our “Soläng” on the couch with the chirping of birds and the ripple from the fish and lily pond, or you can enjoy a game of “Kubb”, Croquet and Badminton. We also have an indoor pool, fitness, sauna and bicycles to rent for our guests, and a picnic basket for those who want to spend a day out on the beautiful island of Öland.
